General information on the villa
This brand new villa is located in the beautiful Regina Gardens 3 complex, close to Paphos town.

The villa has one double and 3 twin rooms, with 3 bathrooms. The open plan living area features nice airy furnishings and light colours. Large comfy sofas add a nice relaxing space for lazy evenings, and there is a dining area with an extendable table and seating for 8.
The communal pool is directly in front of the villa - a few steps from the front patio.

Cyprus map

• Paphos is situated on the south-western tip of Cyprus, crested between the Mediterranean sea and the hillside.

• Paphos airport is a short 12-15 minute drive from the villa

• Larnaca airport is about 1,5 hour drive

• Daily flights from Britain fly directly into Paphos

• Charter flights from most European cities fly into either Paphos or Larnaca

Local map and directions

Travelling from Paphos airport to the villa:
Follow the signs to Paphos town. You will after about mile join the main Paphos/ Limassol road. Turn left towards Paphos town and stay on this road until you arrive at the first large traffic Island. There is also a large Football Stadium directly opposite this island and a large Ermes store on your right. TURN LEFT at this island down towards the sea. Keep on this road, which is a dual carriageway, to the next large roundabout. Turn right here, and follow this dual carriageway straight past several sets of lights. You will arrive onto the Tomb of the Kings Road, following signs to Coral Bay and the Tombs of the Kings. You are now on the road indicated by the map above. If you get lost at anytime ask directions to the Tombs of the Kings.
You will drive past the Venus Beach Hotel (left), just passed here is the Zafron restaurant (right). Directly after this, take next turning to the right, at the Leptos' Kings Palace complex, This takes you up to the Regina Gardens complex. Regina 1 and 2 are on the right hand side - carry on around past these two complexes, turn right and you will see Regina 3 come up on the left. You will need to drive around to the back of the row of houses to number M09. Parking space by the kitchen entrance.
